Co-Founder and Innovation Lead of Fidelis Labs
Vahid MehdiZadeh Davani built his career at the intersection of technology, systems, and business operations. With a background in Information Technology and years of international experience, he developed a clear conviction: organizations don’t struggle because they lack tools — they struggle because they lack well-designed systems.
Specializing in no-code and low-code platforms, Vahid focuses on operational transformation and scalable workflow architecture. As a globally recognized monday.com platform architect and official monday.com Ambassador, he has led hundreds of implementations across dozens of countries, serving construction, professional services, financial services, and technology sectors.
As Co-Founder and Technical Lead of Fidelis Labs, he translates complex operations into structured digital ecosystems, ensuring every system reduces complexity, increases capacity, and empowers teams to operate independently long after implementation.

D. Christopher Winans, EA
Co-Founder of Fidelis Labs
Raised in Broomfield, Colorado, Chris attended the University of Colorado, Boulder where is studied biology and biochemistry. After many years working in the medical and law-enforcement fields, he had an opportunity to work with a well-establish financial planning and accounting firm. It was at this point he discovered a passion for planning and a need for proactive tax planning and strategy in the lives of his clients and their businesses.
Having identified an underserved area in the accounting and tax fields, Chris pursued his license as an Enrolled Agent to better meet the tax needs of his clients. His license is a testament to his competency in taxation and tax resolution. He is authorized to represent his clients in front of the IRS and any state taxing authority within the United States.
In November 2016, Chris, his wife Courtney, and their daughter Parker moved to Maryland and established Fidelis Tax and Accounting. They have been blessed by a rapidly growing group of clients and an ever-expanding number of highly capable CPAs, bookkeepers and support staff that continue to propel Fidelis forward.
Fidelis Tax and Accounting provides a full suite of accounting services to individual and business clients alike. In every client relationship Chris and his team focuses on proactive tax planning customized to the specific client.
When not working with his clients, Chris spends time with his family discovering the adventures available in a state with a lot more water and far fewer mountains. They are members of Bay Area Community Church and are actively involved at Arnold Christian Academy.
